In our locations we offer care for children between the ages of 3 months to 4 years.

In our nurseries, we address the developmental needs of each age group. Babies primarily play and learn with their whole body. Toddlers have a lot of energy which they have to be able to act out. They develop a feeling for coordination and strength. They increasingly strive for independence. Children playfully learn to share and to have their own responsibilities.

One of the basic needs of children in the nursery age is their need for consistent, loving relationships. This is why the children have their own, fixed reference person in the group, to whom they can build a trustful relationship and who accepts them the way they are. We want them to feel safe and secure in our locations. Because of this the communication channels are easier and more direct.

We approach each child’s character individually in order to advance the proper development of the child. Children have different strengths and talents. It is important to recognise them and address them. However, they learn from the ground up that failure is not a bad thing, but it gives you a chance to grow from it.

In each development level children go through they learn something new. They become more empathetic, develop social competences and become more creative. However, each child goes through these levels at its own tempo. It is important to us that they get the time they need.

In the nursery children develop their first friendships and an important foundation for the development of their own personality is laid.

We work with age-specific groups, since children have different developmental stages, depending on their age.

Since we know that each child has its own developmental tempo, our employees take these individual developments, strengths and needs of every single child into consideration.

Thus, changing from one group to another is always flexible and depends on the individual development and needs of every single child.

• We offer long opening hours, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with “late-night” care until 9 p.m.
